  • Certia offers a 7-day refund policy from the date of initial purchase for new subscribers.
  • Refunds are not available after 7 days, or if more than 20% of the monthly scan quota has been used.
  • To request a refund, contact us at support@getcertia.com.
  • Annual plan refunds are prorated within the first 30 days only.
  • Enterprise contracts are governed by their individual agreement terms.
  • Certia reserves the right to refuse refunds for accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.
