This policy describes how Certia handles refunds for paid subscriptions and related services. For questions, contact support@getcertia.com.
- Certia offers a 7-day refund policy from the date of initial purchase for new subscribers.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days, or if more than 20% of the monthly scan quota has been used.
- To request a refund, contact us at support@getcertia.com.
- Annual plan refunds are prorated within the first 30 days only.
- Enterprise contracts are governed by their individual agreement terms.
- Certia reserves the right to refuse refunds for accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service.
